I've been going to Upward Styles for a few years now and I can't recommend Jasmine enough! She is my go-to for my haircuts and I always leave with exactly what I was wanting. Her scalp massages during the wash are always a highlight and she's so easy to talk to!

I have always been a long haired girlie that gets her hair cut once a year. I decided to do a big chop but was very nervous. Mariah did a fantastic job and put me at ease. I now love my short hair. Have been back a few times now and love the way that my fine hair now has volume. Thank you so much Mariah!

I had my Appt with Mariah and she couldn’t have been better! I have a pretty extensive amount of hair and she transformed into a level of stunning that I didn’t know it was capable of! She was o patient and attentive, made sure we were on the exact same page regarding what I wanted and it turned out perfectly! She gave me honest and transparent feedback about my hair type, tips for styling, and what kind of products would work best for me. The salon has a beautiful, decorative, and clean interior, as well as excellent conversation and service. Couldn’t recommend more!

I had the pleasure of having my hair cut by Mariah for the first time today, and had to run to make a review as soon as I got home! She is so welcoming and easy to talk to that you feel immediately comfortable in her chair, and she really takes the time to listen to your hair concerns/what you're hoping to achieve. I have naturally thick and curly hair that can be very tricky to work with, and many times in the past stylists have given me layers or used techniques that never worked quite right, or just straightened it out for convenience. Mariah put a lot of thought into the cut she gave me, and took the time to do a natural curl routine with a diffuser so I actually left the salon looking like myself (but better!). Excellent cut and wonderful experience, it's the best my hair has looked in many years. Thank you so much Mariah! Can't wait for the next one :)

I love this studio. I’ve had cuts with Bailey and Jasmine and have never been disappointed. Most recently, I had full highlights done, for the first time ever, with Jasmine. I was really nervous about it but love the results. She also took the extra time to teach me how to style it. I’m a towel dry person but am tempted to purchase a curling iron now. Go here for a cut. You can’t go wrong.

I had such a wonderful experience at this salon! The communication with the team was amazing — they really listened, understood exactly what I wanted, and turned it into reality. I’m super happy with my cut and style from Lita. She was calm and confident with my very thick hair. I felt I didn’t have to explain too much and she gave me just what I was looking for. The other stylist was also nice and made sure everything was good while showing trust in Lita. I will definitely be back!

I really look forward to my appointments at this salon!! Bailey crushes my hair cut and highlights every single time!! She asks lots of questions and offers new ideas about what might work best for my hair type. I have very fine, yet curly hair and Bailey really takes the time to understand what cut will work best for me. A 10/10 experience every time!

I had such a lovely experience at Upward Styles. Jasmine and Lita did an amazing job. They really understood the look I was going for and executed it perfectly. Even after bleaching to go blonde, my hair still feels soft and healthy. I am so happy with the results and the care they put into every step. Highly recommend!
